Provides program administrative support for the benefits, wellness and compensation and global mobility areas within the Total Rewards department.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of complex administrative activities in support of the Company's rewards & recognition programs, inclusive of the president's and service anniversary awards
Ensures the Total Rewards portal content is up to date and accurate
Manages the file and data administration for benefits and wellness activities
Provides support to the immigration and global mobility services team and Total Rewards invoice processing
May provide administrative support to individuals as needed
Collects, communicates, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources
Uses software within functional area to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
Designs processes to enhance workflow
Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures
Works with other members of the team to help resolve complex issues
Business School certification, or Associates degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of seven (7) years administrative, customer service and/or relevant business experience.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and data entry experience.
Demonstrated high degree of accuracy, problem-solving and problem resolution as well as attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

Must be 18 years of age or older
