Job Summary

This position will be a pivotal role in the total rewards team. The Total Rewards Analyst position is responsible for managing various aspects of employee compensation and benefits programs within the organization. Key duties include reconciling active and retiree benefit billing, accurately entering adjunct pay data, supporting compensation surveys, conducting quarterly audits to maintain data integrity in total rewards systems, ensuring billing accuracy through regular audits of payrolls, and assisting with the development and implementation of college-wide wellness initiatives to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.

Essential Duties

Perform active and retiree benefit billing reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Accurately enter adjunct pay data into relevant systems and databases in a timely manner.

Provide support for compensation surveys by collecting and analyzing data and assisting in the preparation of survey reports.

Conduct quarterly audits of total rewards data to ensure integrity, consistency, and adherence to established standards.

Audit monthly and bi-weekly payrolls to verify accuracy and resolve any discrepancies related to billing and compensation.

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to assist in the development and implementation of collegewide wellness initiatives aimed at enhancing employee health, engagement, and overall well-being.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent education in business or accounting. Degree requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience.

One year benefit billing experience particularly in managing active and retiree benefit plans.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization.

Microsoft Office experience.

Proficiency in data entry, data collection, and data analysis.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work with sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.

Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or workstation.

Ability to lift and carry light objects up to 10 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or accounting. Degree requirement may be substituted with relevant and equivalent work experience.

One year higher education experience.

Demonstrated Ellucian Banner experience.
