The Total Rewards Analyst will report to the Total Rewards Manager and will work in partnership to deliver exceptional benefits solutions and benefit support for business leaders and employees at Red Lobster. The Total Rewards Analyst will have either primary or secondary responsibility for any of the following key areas:
Benefits Management
Leaves Management
Compensation Management
Relocation Management
Diversity and Inclusion
HR Service Center
Comp & Benefits Communication
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
The Total Rewards Analyst will demonstrate ownership of the noted areas of responsibility through specific workstreams and critical tasks. The following list of responsibilities is provided as a representative sample of routine activities and should not to be considered a complete list of all duties:
Serve as primary HR contact for Total Rewards team.
Work with business leaders to develop, communicate, manage, and maintain initiatives under the Total Rewards team.
Provide support in one or more of the following areas as assigned:
benefit enrollment and benefit documentation management
leave management and disability benefits administration
retirement plans management
compensation logging and reporting
HR system updates and recordkeeping
benefits reporting and analysis
performance and merit process
vendor maintenance and communication
total rewards service calls and ticketing
new hire orientation
support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
employee recognition programs
Partner with Corporate Communications on planned communications to the RSC and Operations both written communications and/or meetings and events.
Support in the open enrollment, performance and merit process through file maintenance, system support and communication
Provide service calls and ticketing system workflows and metrics
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR (preferably having experience that includes benefits, compensation, retirement plans, and leaves)
Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with and influence multiple stake holders at all organizational levels
Ability to appropriately handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
Exceptional creativity to design and implement new ideas and approaches
Highly effective organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and the outside contacts
Solid facilitation skills and ability to lead learning sessions
Proficient with MS Office Suite - strong to expert level Excel skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking ability
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
