To satisfy the needs of our growing client base, Hamilton Lane is looking to hire a Total Rewards Analyst to join our finance team in Bala Cynwyd, PA.

This person will be supporting the Total Rewards team by managing payroll, reconciling payroll, expense reports and invoices, and administering compensation surveys.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage day-to-day administration of payroll for all US & foreign offices

  • Prepare Excel schedules for equity plans

  • Help administer equity-based and incentive compensation

  • Prepare journal entries related to payroll and expense reports

  • Perform monthly GL reconciliations related to payroll and benefits

  • Assist in the reconciliation of the Health Savings Account, ESPP and other Benefit related plans to ensure accuracy of bills

  • Conduct and participate in external compensation surveys

  • Support other duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in total rewards, finance or human resources

  • Advanced Excel skills and tech savvy

  • Able to work in a deadline driven environment and be detail oriented

  • Strong project management skills and experience managing processes

  • Quantitative, statistical, and analytical skills and ability to generate reports

  • Must be proactive, self-starter and able to interact with people who have varied personalities and work styles

  • Experience with Workday is a plus
