Total Rewards Analyst
The Total Rewards Analyst will support all Compensation Administration and Health & Wellness initiatives in support of our Human Capital business operations. The Total Rewards Analyst will work across the organization at a hands-on level while demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively with all levels and drive a sense of urgency in the execution of policies and programs with a high level of quality output. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-pasted environment that requires direct hands-on execution and an ability to manage multiple in-flight initiatives. We will look to this individual to introduce and employ approaches and systems that are appropriate to augment the Compensation Administration and Health & Wellness domains.
The Human Capital function at Geller & Company is on the verge of commencing a multi-year transformation initiative to augment its capabilities in the Total Rewards domain. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to join the team on the ground floor of a comprehensive review of our health and wellness plans, our incentive compensation plans, and our compensation administration practices. This role is suited for a candidate with an appetite for a high-impact, high-visibility role developing new programs and practices to meet the changing needs of the firm.
Executing day-to-day Compensation Administration activities, including benchmarking analyses, salary survey participation, compensation band / level maintenance, and analytics
Supporting HC Business Partners in reviewing pay equity and pay mix cases to drive appropriate business outcomes
Playing a critical role in the preparation and execution of the year-end reward cycle, including participation in leadership presentations, budgeting, scenario modeling, and process execution
Designing, developing and testing technology tools (Workday, Xactly, Excel) to improve the execution of the year-end reward cycle
Developing and introducing dashboards and analytics to provide new insights to key stakeholders on pay equity, pay-for-performance, and pay mix
Participating in shaping the design and administration of new incentive compensation programs
Participating in job architecture / catalog design and maintenance to ensure compensation bands and levels are aligned with business objectives
Supporting annual review of Health & Wellness initiatives, providing analytical insight into utilization, cost of programs, and alternatives
What you'll offer:
Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical / quantitative role involving Compensation, Rewards, or Benefits Administration
Demonstrated ability to deliver successful year-end reward cycle outcomes. Strong understanding of the end-to-end Total Rewards calendar/cycle and interrelationships among various HC sub-domains.
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team spanning multiple disciplines (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, HC Business Partners, Executives, etc.). Must have experience presenting to Senior Leaders.
Required competence level with Excel = Mastery.
Must be comfortable configuring and maintaining systems to support operations. Hands-on experience with Workday is highly desirable.
Must have demonstrated the ability to create presentations to Senior Leaders using Power Point, Excel, and succinct business-focused narratives.
Experience working in an Accounting or Finance industry is needed. Highly prefer experience from a financial services or professional services environment.
Ability to rapidly learn and develop a superior understanding of the organization's goals, objectives, and culture.
Proven ability to partner with others to solicit input on initiatives and build consensus behind a recommended approach.
Exceptional time management and execution abilities.
Ability to set and manage competing priorities across several functional domains.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to present ideas in business-oriented manner and communicate with leaders who are new to emerging practices in HC.
