Scope:
The Global Reward Specialist, Corporate role has global responsibility and will support all divisions within The Cooper Companies. This role will primarily focus on supporting executive benchmarking and compensation analysis, assisting with global end of year cycle administration, driving Inclusion & Diversity pay assessments and analytics, supporting global mobility administration, supporting the maintenance of certain company international benefits plans in addition to wider reward team administration and analytics support.
Job Summary:
Working within a dynamic global environment, to provide support for the Total Rewards team across full end-to-end Reward function as well as driving efficient reward operations and administration.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
Support the headquarter Reward team in executive compensation activities like benchmarking, custom analytics, and end of year cycle activities.
Develop dashboards and supporting analytics supporting pay equity analyses for the Inclusion and Diversity Center of Expertise (COE).
Support the maintenance and renewal for certain international health and welfare programs.
Support the administration of the global mobility processes and policies and support PO generation and management for that program.
Support the management of third-party vendor relationships where relevant
As appropriate, act as a liaison between Total Rewards (TR) and the relevant HR teams (business facing and CoE) as well as direct with the business, where appropriate
Provide first line advice, support and guidance on areas of TR activity including policies and procedures and alongside the support of the TR Analysts.
Support and maintain TR databases, systems and processes to ensure the data is consistently accurate
Contribute to the improvement and development of policies and procedures
Produce ad hoc departmental reports as required
Support any audit requirements as needed
Support ad hoc projects in collaboration with team members within Reward or larger HR function.
Travel Requirements:
This role may involve travel to the company's operations within North America, and more rarely, around the world, depending on the needs of the business. Travel is not expected to exceed 10% of the position.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel (in particular), Teams, PowerPoint and Outlook.
HR and Total Reward information systems experience (for example Oracle HCM, MarketPay, and Aires would be advantageous)
People focused and able to build good working relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail, accuracy and adherence to deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively either alone or as part of a team

Work Environment:
Prolonged sitting in front of a computer and using the telephone/conference facilities.
Hybrid Schedule- 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home.
Requirement to occasionally work irregular hours due to the global coverage of the role
Experience:
Previous analytics experience in HR of Finance is preferred
Proven experience with detailed administrative activities
Preferred experience working in a global US headquartered and matrix environment

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $73,465.97 and $97,953MID per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
