The Estacada School District is seeking a TOSA, Improvement Coach for the 2024/2025 school year.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's Degree in Education
Minimum of 5 successful years in licensed educational roles, or least 2 years as an administrator
Commitment to customer service excellence
Understands the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of students at the grade level(s) administered
Possesses knowledge and skills necessary to help teachers implement best instructional and assessment practices
Has the necessary knowledge and skills to help teachers and staff affect appropriate student behavior
Possesses functional computer literacy, knowledge of word processing, and an understanding of how computers can assist instruction
Maintains satisfactory attendance as defined in District policy and regulations

SALARY, BENEFITS, CONTRACT
Extended contract with addtional salary for extra days, salary placement in accordance with current collective bargaining agreement.
