Grant Watts Elementary - TOSA Dean of Students/Interventionist

Description of duties:
To work collaboratively with the building Principal to provide assistance in the administration of the total school program.

Duties may include:

• Assist with student attendance issues

• Assist with student management and lower level discipline

• Maintain a positive relationship with parents, staff and students

• Provide a system to assure that the safety and health needs of students are met in a timely manner

• Maintain high ethical standards in all situations and maintain confidentiality

• Provide Tiered Academic and SEL Interventions as needed

• Support the facilitation of MTSS meetings

• Position requirements:

• Ability to effectively work and communicate with students, parents and school personnel

• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate for the specific school assignment

• Maintain integrity of confidential information relating to students, staff or district patrons

Salary: Current SEA Salary Placement
