Children's Diagnostic Treatment Center (CDTC), an affiliate of Broward Health, Broward County's largest healthcare services provider and one of the nation's top public health system. A not-for-profit organization that serves more than 11,000 children with special health care needs in Broward County.
CDTC's mission is to promote the optimal health and well-being of children with special health care needs by providing comprehensive prevention, intervention and treatment services within a medical home environment. CDTC is a nationally recognized "Center of Excellence," offering a unique system of care for infants, children and youth with chronic illnesses, disabilities and developmental delays. Targeted Outreach for Pregnant Women Act (TOPWA) is a linkage program that provides pregnancy and HIV testing, insurance assistance and resources to all pregnant throughout Broward County.

One year of related experience
High school graduation or equivalent.
Under close supervision and according to established procedures, initiates and maintains regular and long-term contacts/supports with families. In doing so, provides intensive, in-home interventions to assist families in strengthening the parent-child relationship.
