Amentum is currently looking for an Analytic Analyst to support an FBI contract in Washington, D.C.
Functional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
o Schedule and coordinate meetings and schedules for stakeholders and facilities.
o Assist in preparation of presentations.
o Coordinate communications.
o Conduct massive data analysis to include development of query techniques, prototype programs and algorithms.
o Conduct analytical and critical thinking.
o Develop innovative projects to strategically and tactically analyze threat related information and entities.
o Provide reactive data analysis support in response to requests from FBI Headquarters, field offices, and other Government agencies.
o Perform quality control of processes and products produced.
o Write clear, concise and timely products threat identify, analyze and collate disparate pieces of information.
o Make accurate observations and judgments.
o Assist in the development of administrative and organizational policies and procedures.
o Collaborate and interact with behavioral and social science experts to conduct research and analysis.
o Gather, analyze, evaluate and the prepare recommendation on threat and risk matters.
o Compare and contrast information from different sources.
o Prepare, produce, and disseminate both scheduled and unscheduled general products, such as briefings, studies, estimates, and assessments memoranda.
o Promote and coordinate, where applicable, the sharing of information.
o Represent activity in working groups (both internal and external) and committees as substantive authority in subject area.
o Define critical intelligence topics and initiate comprehensive or unique research efforts on topics as related to extensive or speculative analytical projects.
o Define overall analytical objectives in relation to existing or proposed policy and identify required analytical resources.
o Forecast gaps and initiate development of comprehensive collection plans to address these gaps.
o Perform long - range planning in support of existing and projected organization mission requirements.
o Make assessments as to overall resource capability to answer existing/projected requirements and identify resource shortfalls.
o Assist in the development of administrative and organizational policies and procedures.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
o A Bachelor's degree in any field of study. If Associates degree, 4 years of required
experience. If High School diploma or equivalent, 6 years of experience is required.
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include SharePoint and Access.
o Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in related field.
o Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Top Secret Clearance.
