The Tools Regional Manager (TRM) is an experienced sales-professional and an integral part of the company's aggressive sales growth for the Southeast region within the Tools channel.
The primary function of the TRM is to facilitate the growth in sales of our products within the Tools channel. This is done by managing existing distribution, end user and rep agencies within the Southeast territory:
Advance relationships at current distribution.
Seek new distribution partners that align with the tri-brand strategy.
Identify and manage rep agencies across the Southeast territory.
Identify and manage all activities that can lead to uplift in sales.
Role & Responsibilities:
Performs sales activities necessary within Tools channel that result in achieving sales target.
Maintain relationships with key influential stakeholders in Southeast market.
Maintain and drive significant opportunities with key distribution partners in Southeast territory.
Create growth strategies for top distributors in Southeast territory.
Quarterly submission and implementation of detailed action plan identifying: sales objectives, opportunities, key existing and target customers, and key campaigns to be initiated.
Develops and maintains sales opportunities pipeline sufficient to capture growth target.
Delivers accurate and timely forecast for Southeast market.
At least 5 years of sales experience calling on STAFTA market.
At least 5 years of sales management experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical capabilities.
Home office based
Travel: 50% or more
