This position involves utilizing your skills and expertise in machine maintenance, mold technology, injection molding, pneumatics, and mechanical maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our production lines. You will be an integral part of our team, working hands-on to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair our machinery. This position offers a dynamic work environment, where no two days are the same.

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance at all times. Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery as necessary, utilizing your expertise in machine maintenance, mold technology, injection molding, pneumatics, and mechanical maintenance. Inspect molds, changing them as necessary, and ensuring they are in good working order.

Operate machinery, including injection molding machines, ensuring they are running efficiently and safely. Collaborate with team members to identify and solve problems, improve processes, and increase efficiency. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Assist in training other team members on machinery operation and maintenance as needed. Document all maintenance and repair work, maintaining accurate records. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies, applying this knowledge to your work.

Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proven experience with machine maintenance, mold technology, injection molding, pneumatics, and mechanical maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Physical ability to lift heavy machinery parts and stand for extended periods. Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Familiarity with industry safety standards and procedures. Willingness to continually learn and improve skills. High school diploma or equivalent.
