Job Title: Territory Manager (Bosch Power Tool)

The Territory Manager operates as the authorized factory account representative for the Bosch Power Tool business unit. (Entry level position)

  • Travel to customer locations, service vendor products and maintain product displays.

  • Provide support and product knowledge expertise to store associates and end users by demonstrating equipment and providing product application training.

  • Represent customer at trade / industry shows and training sessions as required.

  • Facilitate sales, marketing and promotional campaigns by acquainting accounts with the latest sales techniques.

  • This position has an assigned territory and travel and mileage expenses are reimbursable!

Minimum Requirements:

  • Travel required (may include occasional overnight stays)

  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates is required

  • Required to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Frequent standing, bending and twisting

  • Excellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills required

  • Bilingual (English Spanish) speaking proficiency a plus

  • Proof of valid driver's license and insurance required (must meet company's minimum requirements)

  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and vendors

  • HS diploma or equivalent required, college degree highly preferred

  • 2 years of vendor sales experience preferred

  • 1 year of field sales/customer service experience preferred

VIEW JOBS 10/16/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-01-14T00:00 The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager will provide leadership for TMEC while working with the Global and Regional CoC leads. This will include managing the Capital budget using the Program Management System in order to deliver projects on time and within authorized funding. The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be responsible for execution of individual TMEC projects for the NAFTA region of up to $100 million and a total capital budget of up to $500 million while managing an Engineering team of 40-70 engineers and managers. Review production KPI's and develop associated Continuous Improvement Plans in alignment with individual plant WCM priorities. Develop and grow leaders in the engineering discipline who are capable of driving results. Provide leadership in Early Equipment Management Pillar through application of EEM. Champion MPI reviews and process improvements between plants. Support implementation of WCT through actions supporting each of the 10 WCT pillars. Additional responsibilities include: * Detailed Cost Estimate (DCE) generation * Digital manufacturing execution * Request for Quote (RFQ) generation * Requisition generation * Supplier selection * Program management (installation and commissioning) * Program launch * MPI/BPI review and approval * EEM project implementation * Non-new model project planning and execution (coordination) * Support supplier strategy * Digital manufacturing development * BOP development * Specification updates * Innovation and technology development Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering field required * Minimum 10 years of M.E. and operations experience * Minimum 5 years in leading, managing and developing engineers or supervisors * Must have the ability to execute and demonstrate the proper application of WCM methodology to launch new processes * Strong written and verbal skills * Must be able to translate technical data and analysis into exec summary format for presentation * Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills * Ability to communicate to all levels of the Powertrain organization * Demonstrated abilities to plan and execute large scale projects in time and budget * Domestic and international travel will be required * Ability to work overtime as required Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in a technical field * Automotive experience * 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in a manufacturing environment Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Kokomo IN
