We are looking for a new team member who is bright, energetic, and who can provide world-class customer service for all who shop with us.
This is a part-time position averaging 25 hours/week. Your schedule will vary, but will fall during our store hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm.

Assists customers entering our Product Store in a polite and courteous manner and uses creativity to effectively solve customer issues with the goal of creating complete customer satisfaction. Keeps accurate logs of any customer concerns and ensures the store is kept clean and stocked to ensure a positive customer experience.
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. on a regular basis
Ability to be physically active, stock shelves, and be on your feet for the duration of the shift
Excellent customer relations skills with retail experience preferred
20 wpm typing
Dependability with exceptional attendance and punctuality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to analyze and creatively solve customer challenges
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures
Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
