Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support back office treasury management activities and processes.

  • Provide professional communication & customer service skills in both telephone and email support to TMS clients.

  • Strong detail orientation.

  • Represents the Bank to clients in a courteous and professional manner.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • Required: One to two years previous administrative / clerical experience or banking experience.

  • Required: Previous customer service experience.

  • Preferred: Excellent Korean and English written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing in person, and over the phone.

  • Preferred: Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.

  • Preferred: Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage internal and external customer complaints.

Right now, our Advancement team is looking for an accomplished fundraising professional to join their team as a Principal Gifts Officer. What will you be doing in this role? As a member of the professional staff in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center's division of Development, the Principal Gifts Officer is responsible for identification, qualification, cultivation and solicitation of prospective donors for all programs and services. * Manage a portfolio of major and principal gift prospects and donors developing and implementing cultivation strategies in collaboration with staff across CSMC. * Function as a fundraising content expert with assigned medical service lines including but not limited to Digestive Disease within the Department of Medicine. * Candidates should have a strong desire to work as a member of a team and collaborate across all fundraising service lines. * This role will collaborate with volunteers in planning and implementation of programs and events through various committees and Board leadership as well as develop new relationships with new constituents Essential job duties: * Responsible for donor cultivation, building relationships with prospective and current donors and responding to requests for information in raising the majority of gifts at the $250,000 and above level. * Research opportunities for funding sources such as grants, donors, sponsors, etc. and pursuing any potential prospects. * Develop "lifetime" relationships with high capacity donors leading to closing and stewarding "ultimate" and "high impact" gifts for the benefit of CSMC by working with medical staff, volunteers, and other members of the community. * Tracks prospects, develops and implements strategies for cultivation and solicitation. * Creates customized strategies for each prospect, including setting goals, objectives and a set of "moves" leading to closing gifts. * Maintain up to date knowledge of philanthropic trends; create templates and presentations to educate and demonstrate best practices for colleagues; and volunteer to do workshops and presentations at professional meetings and conferences. * Participates in departmental and organizational activities and events and act as good will ambassador in the community for Cedars-Sinai Teamwork & customer relations: * Collaborates to problem solve and make decisions to achieve desired outcomes. * Establishes effective working relationships with cross-functional team(s). * Cultivates and maintains strong customer relationships and rapport with stakeholders and/or client groups.
