Job Description

Provides phone and/or email based customer service and supports a portfolio of designated clients that use Treasury Management (TM) Products and Services. Serves as a liaison between TM corporate clients, sales, operational servicing unit, and vendors to address and correct client inquiries.

Requires daily communication with internal and/or external clients. Addresses inquiries and requests received from TSOs, RMs Operations and Management by also proactively advising long-term solutions. Implements maintenance changes/updates as required.

Educates clients on TMS Products. Applies personal judgment, knowledge, experience and initiative to develop, enhance and retain client relationships. Attends client calls with Sales upon request.

Also responsible for tracking client calls to identify opportunities for improvement and provide Sales with updates and sales opportunities, and may directly extend sales offers to customer over the phone as appropriate. Provides customer service and product support for a portfolio of Corporate & Commercial clients that use Treasury Management Services and Products. Serves as a liaison between TM Corporate Clients and the operational servicing unit and/or sales to address and correct client inquiries/issues.


Basic Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Basic knowledge of Banking and skills with desktop software Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2 years of related or equivalent work experience.

  • Basic knowledge of Treasury products and services including technical and operational details as well as features and benefits.

  • Basic knowledge of TM product interaction

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To manage accounts of locally assigned programs including monitoring procedures and processes that impact customer satisfaction; and to ensure consistency in service delivery. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES * Performs contract renewal and Client Service Instruction preparation for assigned accounts. * Coordinates renewal pricing and completes location coding parameters; prepares and distributes stewardship and other reports. * Educates the client on loss data - drivers of cost impacting assigned programs. * Coordinates project activity. Acts as primary client contact with focus on maintaining and improving overall customer satisfaction. * Identifies issues that impact consistency and customer satisfaction; works with program management leadership to effect problem resolution; and assists with identifying office level service trends and establishes plans for service improvement. * Identifies and solicits cross selling opportunities. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES * Performs other duties as assigned. * Supports the organization's quality program(s). * Travel as required. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Colleague to pursue CPCU, AIC and/or ARM or other related designation required. Experience Six (6) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include one (1) year as an Account Coordinator or three (3) years adjuster experience. Skills & Knowledge * Good knowledge of customer service and one of the following: workers compensation, liability, or disability claims management * Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills * PC literate, including Microsoft Office products * Analytical and interpretive skills * Strong organizational skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Ability to handle conflict and confront challenging issues in a fast work environment * Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies WORK ENVIRONMENT When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations.
