Responsible for directing group internal resources to actively on-board clients utilizing Treasury Management Products.
Provide a best in class client experience, while managing internal and external client expectations.
Serve as a point of escalation for the client to ensure timely issue resolution throughout the implementation project.
Conduct implementation kickoff with client to review the products requested, roles and responsibilities, install, and determine an agreed upon timeframe for completion.
Manage each implementation as a custom client specific project from end to end with a focus on expediting and easing the process for the customer.
Provide accurate internal and external documentation.
Perform post-implementation satisfaction, product usage, and customer billing reviews and provide feedback to Management.
Coordinate training sessions with clients, coach and guide staff.
Perform customer support for Treasury Management clients by answering direct calls or emails for immediate resolution where applicable.
Handle complex requests by engaging appropriate teams/departments for resolution.
Engage Sales Team for pricing, consultation, proposals and presentations.
