What The Role Is

The New Account Partner will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience. This position will be responsible for handling account opening, account maintenance, and Client communication. The New Account Partner will collect required information from the client and complete an account set up including data input, verifying references, and documentation. The New Account Partner will also handle account research requests, problem resolutions, and other requests received by phone or email. Critical attributes in this position include having high attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as organizational and time management skills. The New Account Partner will need to escalate any ongoing issues or client concerns that they are unable to resolve.

How You will Make an Impact

  • The ability to adhere to policies and procedures

  • First time resolution for client issues and/or concerns.

  • Identifies diagnoses and resolves client issues; engages business partners and communicates with customer, TM Sales Officer and/or Relationship Manager.

  • Handle all call and email requests in a timely manner while adhering to our Quality-scoring matrix. Work with internal business partners to solve client issues.

  • Partner with Treasury Operations to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner.

  • The ability to adhere to policies and procedures

  • Business professional with integrity, trustworthy, honest, and able to handle confidential information Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce

  • Customer Service Experience

  • High school diploma: BSc/BA in business is a plus
