Complete ownership of all portfolio growth initiatives. Key initiatives will include Grand Openings, Remodel Strategy, Sales Force Effectiveness projects, goal setting, managing the SIP process and representing the Sales team in cross-functional initiatives in support of the client Relationship
Ensuring alignment of SYF/TJX growth strategies. Manage all resources, supporting materials and technological logistics associated with each event
Primary liaison between the TJX field team and SYF grand opening team
Responsible for development of overall sales reporting and analysis. Incumbent will utilize data to provide strategic direction linking the sales team activities with the growth of the portfolio new account base
Development and ownership of credit training materials to support client and Field Sales training strategies
Serve as primary liaison between the portfolio and SFE team for all Sales Force effectiveness initiatives
Partner with Finance to plan, budget, & track monthly sales team expenses. Provide direction to the team & Sales Leader on expense forecasting
Partner with the Marketing team to manage the portion of the portfolio marketing fund allocated to field sales initiatives. Build strategies to continue offering meaningful incentive programs to drive profitable application and in store sales growth
Responsible for the on boarding of new members of the TJX field team
Assist Sales Leader and Regional Managers with planning and logistics related to all SYF National/Regional meetings as well as key meetings with TJX Zone SRVP's and RVP's
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Bachelors degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience in the Financial Services field
Minimum of 3 years project management experience with the ability to handle multiple
projects at once
In depth knowledge of and at least one year experience with SalesForce.com
Minimum of 2 years experience in an external market/client facing role with a proven track record
of being able to drive growth and develop strong partner relationships.
Strong demonstrated analytical capability
Incumbent is expected to reside in or around the greater Boston area or within a reasonable
telecommuting distance to establish a physical presence in the office at least 3 days per week
Understanding of client operations, market strategies and customer base
In depth knowledge of commercial and consumer credit bureaus
Clear concise communication skills - both written and verbal
Understanding of client culture and values
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong territory management skills
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
Effective 1-1-18, new hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. The salary range for this position is 60,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
