Job Description:

A Day in the Life:

Our title coordinators conduct title service processing as directed by management with the purpose of ensuring all client service level agreements (SLA's) and PAR quality standards are met with each title. This position works with clients to ensure all titles are processed correctly and efficiently within legal and client regulations.

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of all areas of title servicing relating to client SLA's and PAR quality standards

  • Adhere to quality and compliance standards for all clients served by PAR North America

  • Record and store all needed data

  • Work with your Title Services Manager on any problems or concerns and to assist in the development of new standards of practice

  • Make recommendations on where PAR can incorporate policy or procedure changes to continuously improve our efforts

  • Maintain and provide reports on various areas of operation

  • Perform all work in adherence to company initiatives on business ethics and conduct as well as federal and state laws and regulations such as MSDS, OSHA, CFPB, and FDCPA

What's required:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • At least one (1) year of compliance or auditing experience preferred

  • At least one (1) year of PAR or other auto industry experience preferred

  • Excellence in verbal and written communication

  • Motivational and leadership abilities including benchmarking and goal setting

VIEW JOBS 12/8/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-08T00:00 Job Description: * This position's functional duties requires that the employee serves as the administrative support for the Deputy Commissioner of Operations and Executive Directors (Operations) where the job consists of: * Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents * Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing * File and retrieve documents and reference materials * Conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents * Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements * Arrange and coordinate meetings and events * Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings * Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications * Answer and manage incoming calls * Receive and interact with incoming visitors (public) * Interact with external clients (public) * Coordinate project-based work * Review operating practices and implement improvements with necessary recommendations * Supervise and train lower level staff when deemed necessary A Day in the Life: * Scheduling meetings and must be able to setup/coordinate conferences. * Serves as receptionist for the area and assists in monitoring and establishing processes and procedures to ensure timely, quality service to the Deputy Commissioner. * Must be able to create and maintain databases for a variety of issues including correspondence, pending files, investigations, and assignments; also will initiate reports for the Deputy Commissioner and Directors including researching and preparing reports or statistical data as required. * Must be able to handle confidential material, coordinate travel arrangements/hotel accommodations prepare and process mileage logs, travel vouchers and monthly expense reports. * Serves as liaison between the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioners, Directors, Superintendents, facility staff, Judges, the Governor's Office, the Attorney General's Office, other State agencies, and the general public;serves as receptionist for the area and assists in monitoring and establishing processes and procedures to ensure timely, quality service to theDeputy Director of Operations. * Position acts as back-up to the Governor's Liaison for the Governor's Officer and Indiana Department of Correction between offenders, family members, State agencies, etc in resolution of grievances. * Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, OIS, OCMS, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook. * Perform other duties as required and assigned. What we are looking for: Three (3) years work experience performing administrative support; bookkeeping; office management; program support; word processing; or accredited college training in a related field.
