This position provides sexual and reproductive health presentations and outreach activities at school sites, academic institutions, homeless shelters/organizations, parks and recreation centers, and community based organizations in the CCHC service area and adjacent communities. The Title X Health Educator is responsible to identify, develop, implement, and evaluate health education activities to address topic areas to include family planning, unintended pregnancy/teen pregnancy prevention, and prevention and screening of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STI). These activities are performed in accordance with the clinics philosophy, policies, procedures and standards.


  • Plans, develops, and facilitates educational activities including presentations, mass marketing, and outreach to adults, teens, and agencies in the community.

  • Develops curricula and facilitates classes regarding family planning and other reproductive health topics, including but not limited to birth control, HIV/STI, preconception care, healthy relationships, sexuality, intimacy, values, and communication.

  • Provides in-service trainings for staff regarding the Title X program and family planning education.

  • Participates in community events including health fairs, street outreach, and other special events to promote clinical linkages.

  • Researches and utilizes fact-based, non-biased information to inform educational activities.

  • Translates scientific language and concepts into clear, simple and understandable information.

  • Works collaboratively with CCHC providers, clinical managers, support staff and Outreach department to promote access and utilization of Title X services.

  • Conducts evaluation activities for program effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Participates in internal and community agency meetings to improve service delivery.

  • Keeps records and performs data entry duties as required.

  • Assists in formulation, planning, and implementation of policies, procedures and programs.

  • Develops and participates in the spread of new programs as needed.

  • Attends trainings and conferences as needed.

  • Travels to service locations as assigned

  • Other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelors level education in Public Health, Health Sciences, or related field.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience providing group/class training/teaching.

  • Experience working with adolescents, and/or low-income culturally diverse populations.

  • Experience with social network media including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, etc.


  • Ability to find solutions when barriers are identified.

  • Strong documentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize when needed.

  • Ability to independently seek out resources and work collaboratively.

  • Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.

  • Experience and work ethics that supports working within a high functioning, team-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrates a willingness and ability to work under supervision.

  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with staff.

  • Ability to use computer and learn new software programs.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills reflecting clarity and diplomacy and the ability to communicate accurately and effectively with all levels of staff and management.

  • Demonstrates ability to work in a regulatory climate that includes oversight of state and federal entities, payer contracts etc.

  • Possesses ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Possesses genuine respect for others and acceptance of their individual social and cultural traits.

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.

  • Able to travel and attend professional meetings, conferences, trainings and clinic sites.

  • Demonstrate flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to cooperate while working with others in multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Oral/written fluency in English/Spanish or English/Armenian required.

  • Knowledge of family planning/reproductive health education and services.

  • Excellent public speaking, presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to present information in an easily understandable manner.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Position requires prolonged sitting at a computer, some bending, lifting, stooping and stretching. Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard, photocopy machine, telephone, and other office equipment is also required. Employee must have normal range of hearing and eyesight.

Involves standing and walking.

The Manager, Implementation & Educator Support, works closely with colleagues on Age of Learning's Enterprise team and our distribution channel partners to grow the adoption, use, and educational impact of our ABCmouse Enterprise programs. This role is responsible for supporting ABCmouse teachers, administrators, and librarians by designing and overseeing the delivery of high-quality implementation and educator support services, both in-person and via the Internet. Responsibilities: * Support our community of ABCmouse educators by successfully implementing ABCmouse in schools and other community institutions, designing and overseeing delivery of educator training and professional development services, and monitoring and supporting ongoing effective usage. * Closely collaborate with our Strategic Partnerships, Marketing/Growth, Educator Content, Product Development, and Efficacy Research colleagues to grow the adoption, use, and educational impact of ABCmouse for Teachers, ABCmouse for Schools, and other ABCmouse Enterprise programs. * Design and deliver teacher webinars, presentations for prospective partners, in-person training sessions, parent/community outreach sessions, and other implementation and professional development services. * Train partner resellers of ABCmouse for Schools on how to sell and implement the product in schools. Support sales presentations for potential ABCmouse for Schools customers as needed. * Analyze assessment and other performance data to inform support services. * Assist in the development of digital self-help resources—videos, getting started guides, how-to videos, FAQs, etc.—for educators to improve their utilization of ABCmouse. * Manage a distributed team of per diem contractors who deliver implementation and training sessions to ABCmouse Enterprise customers across the U.S. and internationally. Required Qualifications: * Demonstrated track record of excellence in implementing and supporting elementary and/or early childhood educators with digital learning programs. 5+ years experience required. * Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience teaching in elementary schools. * Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills. * Understanding principles of adult learning combined with a passion for, and demonstrated ability to, successfully engage and teach educators about digital learning resources. * Fluency with digital learning tools and analysis of student data. * Willingness to travel. * Entrepreneurial mindset – excited about new opportunities, open to new ways of doing things, solutions-oriented.
