The Title Production Manager manages and coordinates organization, branch, production, functional or department operation/business strategies and activities.

Job Roles:

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of departmental activities and organization policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals and are designated according to functions, activities, or type of department assigned.

  • Acts as a job knowledge expert lending expertise to less senior team members and peers.

  • Assigns, or delegates responsibility for, specified work or functional activities and disseminates policies and objectives to supervisors/staff.

  • Reviews, analyzes, and prepares reports, records, and directives, and confers with team members/other departments to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered.

  • Evaluates current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices.

  • Leads activities of department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economies of scale.

  • Organizes resources to ensure effective meet department/function goals.

  • Gives work direction, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.

  • Initiate or authorize associate hire, promotion, discharge, or transfer.

  • Ensures adequate training of staff and associate compliance to organization's policies and practices and applicable statutory or regulatory requirements and laws.

  • Monitors and analyzes costs and assist in preparation of department budget.

  • Prepares reports and records on department activities for management.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Role Specific Knowledge:

  • Licensed or accredited in any discipline as required by company requirement or legal/regulatory entity.

  • Applicable business skills necessary to maximize and improve production, service and operational efficiency.

  • Skill in building and managing teams.

  • Through knowledge of transactional work and product/service standards and ability to apply standards in non standard situations.

  • Ability to operate within tight deadlines, have attention to detail and be self motivated.

  • Ability to apply company standards and applicable regularity and statutory requirements related to the functional area.

  • Ability to lead, negotiate, make decisions and maintain good working relationships.

  • Ability to identify problems and develop solutions of a moderately complex nature.

  • Computer skills including working knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and database software packages, internet applications and/or company specific computer applications.

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in an equivalent field is preferred.
  • 4 years of experience in supervising operations which includes experience in the title industry.

SPECIFIC CAMPUS BASED TEACHING POSITIONS: Resource: Teaches core academic subject areas such as English, Reading, and Math at the elementary level. Secondary resource teachers must be highly qualified in English, Math, Social Studies, or Science. Inclusion (Co-teach, Support Facilitation, Content Mastery): Plans and works collaboratively with general education teachers to provide accommodations to meet specific learning needs of students. Skills for Learning and Living (SLL): Teaches students with cognitive disabilities in the least restrictive environment.
