Job Title: PMO Analyst
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 12+ Months

Looking for an experienced PMO Analyst. In this role, you will support the Program Manager in tracking status of program deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project lifecycle and deliverables; program level risk and issue co-ordination; monitoring the status of projects transitioning into normal service; coordination of the regular project and program level reporting cycles; co-ordination of project Governance arrangements, Post Project Reviews, Program level workshops. The PMO Analyst will also provide project support to ensure project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date.

Skills, Experience, and


Bachelors of Science Degree or equivalent

Prior experience as a PMO Analyst coordinating large programs (preferably in Financial Services)

Experience managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle

Experience working within a structured project management framework (Agile experience is a plus)

Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.

Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, Powerpoint, Word and Excel

Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

Understanding of the importance for detail and organization

Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness

Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities

A strong customer centric approach.

Prior experience as a PMO Analyst coordinating large programs (preferably in Financial Services)
