The Marketing Technology Anal will support the Marketing Technology team in implementing, maintaining and improving the organizations foundational marketing infrastructure including the marketing data warehouse, identity management and customer data platforms. This person will develop as a subject matter expert on marketing data and technological capabilities. They will champion a data-driven culture within the Marketing organization.

How You'll Shine

• Support the evolution and optimization of the Marketing Data Mart

• Provide support to the CDP product owners

• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate and act upon new data sources and destinations.

• Resolve data related incidents including root cause analysis and solution recommendations.

• Produce documentation including SOPs, data flows, solution designs; strong knowledge base in core facets of data management and analysis (data capture, hygiene, transformation, reporting, and analysis)

• Effectively communicate complex business problems and solutions both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences

• Will be well organized, detail-oriented and customer service focused

• Excels at working in a fast paced, evolving and deadline driven environment

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in business or quantitative field

• 2+ years' experience in IT or Technical business function.

• 2+ years' experience with SQL

• 2+ years' experience with database programming, modeling or administration.

• Proficient with SQL and at least 1 additional scripting or 4GL language

• Experience with Big Data tools and platforms (Snowflake, Big Query, AWS)

• Understanding of integration patterns including web hooks, API, ELT and ETL

• Understanding of MDM and related technologies

• Preferred Experience with diagramming tools (Lucid Chart, Visio)

• Preferred experience with analytical programming techniques (Python, R)

• Prior experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, CDPs, and/or Campaign Management platforms (e.g., Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Unica, Alterian, Simon Data)

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
