The Manager is responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of member-facing marketing materials.

Working closely with marketing leadership, channel partners and other cross functional teams, the Manager will assist with the identification of potential growth opportunities as well as the execution of marketing campaigns through various communication channels including direct mail, email, paid media, social, website, and telemarketing channels. This role is also responsible for deriving insights from reporting and analytics associated with campaigns to help to drive strategy. The campaigns that are managed within the scope of this role are specifically tied to improving member engagement and revenue growth through RCI's vacation club affiliates.

How You'll Shine

  • Leadership and managerial responsibilities for the growth and development of marketing associate(s)

  • Lead the development of direct marketing campaigns. Lead the audience selection process for campaigns, Manage and communicate campaign deadlines, Provide guidance to marketing associate(s) on campaign marketing briefs, Ensure adherence to proper campaign process flow, Lead campaign kick-off meetings, Work cross-functionally to secure and determine offer(s), inventory strategies, and finalize media plans and asset needs, Ensure campaigns meet budget requirements and effectively monitor and control spend, Responsible for ensuring creative excellence on all marketing campaigns

  • Lead the performance tracking and KPI's of direct marketing campaigns. Use analytics dashboards to track multiple data points of campaign success, Work cross-functionally to understand channel specific results and how they impact the overall performance of the campaigns, Prepare lessons learned and key data points in monthly and quarterly campaign summaries, Communicate, share and implement best practices from key learnings

  • Liaise with the appropriate internal teams and/or partners, both globally and domestically, to understand the needs of the business, develop strategies to meet those needs, and manage the executional tactics to achieve the stated objectives and increase efficiencies

  • Prepare and plan future campaign strategies while current campaigns are being executed and optimized

  • Collaborate with and provide support as a POC with RCI's vacation club affiliates to assist them with their requests/needs/contractual obligations and providing summaries/updates as necessary

  • Leverage business development relationships to create opportunities for marketing partnerships with RCI's vacation club affiliates

  • Create (and present as appropriate) updates for leadership, partners and/or affiliates on program initiatives and results

Travel Requirements

Some travel may be required - less than 20%.

What You'll Bring

Education

  • BA/BS in Sales/Marketing or business-related field MBA strongly preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Solid data analysis and problem solving skills, Ability to successfully communicate both verbally and in writing, Demonstrate sound business judgment and decision making skills, Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines, Exceptionally proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, Travel/Hospitality experience a plus, Eagerness to learn and a drive to succeed

Job Experience

  • 7+ years of marketing experience including campaign development, reporting and analytics, creative direction, marketing strategy setting, contact management and planning
