Wyndham Destinations is growing in Steamboat Springs and we're searching for our next Marketing Concierge to add to our incredible team!

This position is hourly (starting hourly $14.42) plus uncapped commissions. First year earnings can exceed $100K.

How You'll Shine:

• Greet guests in a positive professional manner

• Assist guests with inquiries and provide information on resort activities and local area things to do

• Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in

• Incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour

• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines

• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

• Keep current on marketing information and material including local events and attractions in Steamboat area

• Attend various department meetings and training sessions

• Set and review performance goal

What You'll Bring:

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred

• Upbeat, positive and professional attitude

• Ability to handle rejection and common objections

• Passion for travel

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space

Compensation

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $14.42 plus commissions and bonuses. After the initial training period, the compensation is the state's minimum wage per hour, plus commissions and bonuses.
