Publicly traded title insurance underwriter, Investors Title Insurance Company, is seeking a well-rounded leader to manage and maintain all branch operations and production, including oversight of one additional team member. The Office Manager will also support business development strategies to profitably grow market share.

Position Qualifications

• Prior legal real estate, lending or title insurance related experience preferred.

• Proven ability to manage people, including 1-3 years of prior supervisory experience required.

• Once fully trained, successfully pass the title insurance licensing examination.

• Education: Completion of 4- year college degree or equivalent training and experience.

Position Highlights:

• Evaluate performance of branch staff based on production and quality goals.

• Monitor branch underwriting and perform regular underwriting file reviews to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.

• Cooperate and collaborate with Marketing Manager to maximize agency profitability and effectiveness.

• Underwrite and key an acceptable number of commitments, policies and endorsements according to branch production and quality goals.
