Title I Tutor

Qualifications: current NH teacher certification in elementary education.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and provide reading and math targeted, small group instruction as part of a RTI (Response to Intervention) model.

• Progress-monitor student response to instruction using reading records, STAR, and other assessment measures.

• Collaborate with a variety of parties (e.g. other tutors, instructional staff, other school personnel, parents) for the purpose of improving the quality of student outcomes, developing solutions; achieving established program objectives and/or and planning curriculum.

• Maintain accurate and updated data files and student records, as well as participate in Title I program evaluation.

Experience with Reading Records and familiarity with Guided Reading, Fundations, Literacy Language Intervention (LLI), EnVisions Math are beneficial.

Bachelor Degree required

Current NH teacher certification in elementary education is required.

5.75 hours/day, 183 days per year
