As a Title Clerk for Tricolor Auto you will be responsible for processing vehicle titles with the department of transportation in a timely manner.

RESPONSABILITIES OF THE TITLE CLERK:

  • Processes vehicle titles with precise accuracy

  • Researches vehicles titles and resolves issues in a timely manner

  • Meets company timelines in processing titles and resolving title issues

  • Understands and follows corresponding state title processing guidelines

  • Consistently responds to customer inquiries and request in a professional manner within company timelines

  • Maintain good communication relations with the sales and office managers

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE TITLE CLERK:

  • 1-3 years auto title process experience

  • Knowledge of department of transportation documentation requirements

  • Have a valid driver license

  • Excellent customer attitude and skills

  • Ability to work independently and with other in a fast paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to understand urgency and work under strict deadlines

  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

  • Occasional O.T. as needed

  • Must have a valid drivers license

  • HS diploma or GED preferred

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
