Join our dynamic team and be part of a company that values creativity, innovation, and a strong connection with our customers. Job Description: We are seeking a TikTok LIVE Host to support our content team, with a primary focus on hosting and co-hosting TikTok Live sessions for live commerce.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, engaging, and skilled at interacting with online audiences. Responsibilities: TikTok LIVE Hosting and Co-Hosting : Serve as a host or co-host for TikTok Live sessions, engaging with the audience and showcasing products in an interactive and appealing manner to drive sales and brand awareness. Content Production Support : Help in the setup, filming, and editing of video content, ensuring it meets the brand’s quality standards and style guidelines.

Social Media Strategy Support : Work with the content team to support the brand’s social media presence, focusing on increasing engagement, reach, and brand visibility. Live Commerce Execution : Collaborate with the content team to plan and execute live commerce sessions, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for the viewers. Audience Interaction : Interact with the audience during TikTok Live sessions, answering questions, highlighting product features, and creating a welcoming and exciting atmosphere.

Post-Live Engagement : Analyze and report on the success of each live session, providing insights and feedback to improve future live commerce events. Creative Brief Writing : Draft creative briefs for internal teams and brand partners to ensure alignment on content goals and strategies. Content Performance Tracking : Track and report on content performance, focusing on audience growth, engagement, and feedback.

Trend Monitoring : Stay updated on social media and digital technology trends, incorporating relevant developments into live sessions. Pre-Production and On-Set Support : Assist in pre-production planning and provide support during live sessions. Must Have:

Proficient English . Korean or Chinese is a plus (our company speaks English, Korean, and Chinese). Must know about skincare and makeup. Knowing Korean beauty would be a huge benefit. Previous experience in professional self-presentation on social media platforms.

Experience creating video content for a brand (beauty industry experience is a plus but not required). Proficiency with social media platforms and online social media campaigns. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Snapchat. Creative thinker capable of brainstorming innovative ideas and strategies.
