Assist Sales Ops Manager by assisting with Concierge Services Department, Leading the team, assisting with scheduling and the overall responsibilities of the Concierge Services Department.
Communicates effectively with the Marketing Manager regarding the Concierge Services needs while ensuring that proper procedure is being followed by the Concierge Services at all times. Works in conjunction with the nd Managers to ensure the level of service is constantly being met.
Assist with the training and may be needed to assist in the hiring process for new team members.
All the responsibilities of a Concierge Services Team Member with the added duties of assisting with Leading the department.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
This team lead is first level supervisor of up to 5 team members.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Some related timeshare sales experience and/or sales training; or equivalent combination of education and/or customer service experience. Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
