Ticket Office Representative - Bellagio

The Bellagio box office is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join us as a Ticket Office Representative. If you bring prior customer service experience or have excelled in a comparable position, you won't want to miss this opportunity!

THE JOB:

The Ticketing Representative's main duty is to undertake a range of tasks, encompassing ticket sales for all properties, internal shows, events, exhibits, and attractions. In this role you are tasked with delivering outstanding guest service, surpassing guest expectations, managing cash transactions, and handling service recovery situations proficiently.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.00/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Sell tickets, upsell, cross sell and process ticket orders, will call for shows, events, exhibits, and attractions for all properties utilizing prompt and courteous service to all guests.

• Perform ticket verification prior to entry into exhibit and events.

• Provide educated answers to guest questions, and able to furnish detailed information regarding property facilities and services.

• Resolve guest complaints within the scope of authority.

• Utilize and balance a cash drawer and ticket sales with various tender types.

• Interpret and operate numerous computer and ticketing systems with accuracy.

• Answer multi-line telephones using proper etiquette.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Prior experience in a similar customer service role.

• Comfortable with cash handling and credit card transactions.

• Prior experience with Archtics or a similar ticketing system.

• Flexible with part time/on call schedule with various hours as needed by department.

• Possesses a charismatic and engaging demeanor.

• Demonstrates reliability, dependability, and a steadfast commitment to meticulously managing all responsibilities.

• Is detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
