Perform analysis of financial data from formal banking system, financial reports, and informal systems for moving money
Assist with evaluating financial data to identify and analyze potential money and micro laundering indicative of espionage, insider threat, cyber finance and noted counterintelligence financial intelligence indicators
Analyze threat financial intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications. The contractor shall provide advice on techniques and innovative methods employed in threat analysis and projection

Requirements

US Citizen
TS/SCI
5+ years of counterintelligence experience
5+ years of all-source analytic experience
3+ years of Financial Intelligence experience
Must possess advance level in Microsoft Excel
Must possess or ability to obtain one of the following Financial Certifications: (Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), (ACAMS)
High School Diploma: 30 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Associates Degree: 24 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience
Bachelors Degree: 22 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
Masters Degree: 20 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years within the last 2 years

We will ask qualified candidates to sign a Letter of Interest, which is not a commitment of employment, but states you are interested in future work under this contract.**<ul> <li>Provide support for CI and CT investigations; research, design, deploy, and lead training events</li> <li>Evaluate emerging forensic technologies; provide operational security assessments and support cyber forensic and cyber security tasks</li> <li>Combine computer science with forensic skills to recover information from computers and storage devices to recover data like documents, photos, and e-mails from computer hard drives and other data storage devices that have been deleted, damaged, or otherwise manipulated</li> <li>Use forensic tools and investigative methods to find specific electronic data, including Internet use history, word processing documents, images, and other files</li> <li>Help officials analyze data and evaluate its relevance. The analyst may also use their expertise to protect computers from infiltration, determine how a computer was broken into, or recover lost files</li> <li>Creates detailed notes on processes undertaken and develops intelligence-based reporting.
