The Quality Performance Manager will work with THN leadership committees to monitor and track quality metrics related to contracted payer entities within THN. The manager will ensure THN staff and providers are educated regarding new measures and definitions.
The manager will evaluate processes and plans to obtain EMR data to meet CMS requirements and collaborate with other THN staff. The manager will work with outside entities that receive this data to meet requirements. Assist in developing short and long term plans on initiatives to meet quality requirements goals.
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Master's Degree in Healthcare
Required: 5 year of healthcare experience
Preferred: Clinical experience
