About the team
The Worldpay procurement team brings focused expertise and drives a culture of spending discipline for strategic vendors/categories (highly critical to current and future business operations) via the employment of efficient, effective, and best in class strategic sourcing, contract management, negotiation, and supplier management practices. They serve as a central point of contact for strategic suppliers.
What you will be doing:
As the Third-Party Workforce Operations Manager, you will co-create & implement Worldpay's Global Contingent Labor Program. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR, Legal, Finance and Procurement) and external partners (e.g. MSP and VMS) to ensure existing operations are delivered in an effective, streamlined manner while implementing new solutions to drive program value. You will deliver program governance and operations while ensuring delivered in a consistent, scalable manner.
Manage Third-party worker policy administration and internal stakeholder education.
Drive the development & implementation of the program strategy.
Ensure program adoption, continuous improvement and a streamlined experience to business stakeholders.
Manage MSP operations oversight and delivery.
Act as VMS business lead & SME.
Drive program innovation with integration of new sourcing channels.
What you bring:
4+ years' experience in contingent workforce program management.
Experience with large, global contingent workforce programs.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Self-starter, someone who thinks "outside-the-box" to come up with creative ideas and solutions and someone who is not afraid to ask questions.
Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills with detail orientation.
Strong interpersonal skills to partner effectively with key functions across the organization.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
