Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining our TPRM program to assess, identify, supervise, and report on risks, gaps or issues related to third party vendors and other service providers. Partner with divisional and business unit management to ensure third party risk assessments are completed as required and due diligence and ongoing monitoring requirements are fulfilled. Drives third party risk-related projects that include program enhancements, data base maintenance, system changes and process improvements. Responsible for the TPRM Module in Archer to ensure accuracy and completeness.

SCHEDULE
Full time: Monday-Friday
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
Performs ongoing due diligence analytics for third- and fourth-party service providers including financial reviews, compliance reviews, third-party management practices and policies, audit reports, and SOC reviews.
Collaborates with IT areas to assure third-party partners are effectively managed and leveraged.
Works with MACU Stakeholders and Legal council to ensure the credit union has proper legal controls in every contract.
Assists contract owners with monitoring third parties and their performance and adherence to contract requirements and service level agreements.
Accountable for identification and tracking of third-party issues and associated remediation plans, including reporting and escalation activities.
Manages the third-party contract database to ensure accuracy and validity. Reviews files for completeness and work with business units to update accordingly.
Performs ongoing due diligence analytics for third- and fourth-party service providers including financial reviews, compliance reviews, third party risk management practices and policies, audit reports, and SOC reviews.
Researches and communicates with the Third-Party Risk Management Manager and makes recommendations for revisions to vendor management related programs within the credit union.
Aligns and partners with Enterprise Risk Management to document and address third-party risks.
Complies with all regulations as required by law, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, FACT Act, GLBA, Regulation CC (funds availability), Regulation DD (TIS) and other regulations as required by law as it relates to his/her position.
Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

Experience
3 years of experience working in operational continuity, compliance, or other risk management function and/or third party/vendor management function, preferably within financial services
Experience working with compliance and operational continuity risks across multiple lines of business
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and expectations of regulators
Familiarity with the products and services offered by the credit union
Education
Four-year college degree in business or related field OR 2 additional years combined experience in third party/vendor management programing. Education must be from an accredited institution and will be verified.
Master's degree or similar experience preferred.
