Indiana Tech seeks to fill a full-time position in the Student Financial Services area. This position will work closely with our Corporate Partners, Corporate Partner Learners, and Military and internal Indiana Tech departments to assist with billing, account set-up, coding, and reporting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Working knowledge and ability to interpret, edit, and support changes to recruiting and revenue share agreements
Manage and track Corporate Scholarship coding and reporting for Student Financial Services
Third Party Billing (Corporate, Military, and recruiting agencies)
Supply detailed reports to Corporate Partners regarding their sponsored learners
Ability to learn and understand students' and Corporate Partners various situations and work with them toward a mutual resolution
Liaison with third parties regarding billing questions, missing payments, and general requests
Relay information by phone, email, and mail service
Process Bankruptcy Notifications
Process Student Refunds
Perform daily functions of Student Financial Services as requested
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Exemplary customer service skills
Organization and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer Skills: Excel, Jenzabar, PowerFAIDS
Experience
Previous experience with third-party billing is preferred but not required
Understanding of military educational benefits is preferred but not required
Working Conditions
Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
