Of course, you’ll use your design and CAD skills, but it’s way more than that! Bardes Plastics is looking for a Thermoform Tooling Designer who has strong design skills, and leadership skills to match.

Be part of the team that designs and analyzes new products, manufacturing capabilities, tooling needs, and troubleshoots quality control challenges.

What it takes to succeed:

You will need 5 years’ experience (more is better of course), a strong work ethic and an organized approach to the job. Your CAD skills, of course, and preferably SolidWorks or ProE. Any experience with packaging design would be a big plus! Thermal forming, CNC and CAM experience also a plus.
