6+ years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of and experience using industry standard lab equipment (oscilloscope, frequency generators, DC supplies, data loggers, etc.)
Strong aptitude for interpretation of test data to understand and adjust test setup and/or parameters to provide high quality deliverables
Proven ability to quickly learn new skills, tools and software
Ability to analyze competing functional requirements to make good decisions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a diverse team environment
Strong aptitude for problem solving, analytics, process improvement, organizational agility and data reduction
Proficient with Microsoft Office; high emphasis on Excel
Experience with Microsoft Server OS
Basic soldering skills
Wind tunnel experience desired
Environmental chamber experience desired
