Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience

  • Strong knowledge of and experience using industry standard lab equipment (oscilloscope, frequency generators, DC supplies, data loggers, etc.)

  • Strong aptitude for interpretation of test data to understand and adjust test setup and/or parameters to provide high quality deliverables

  • Proven ability to quickly learn new skills, tools and software

  • Detail/action oriented

  • Ability to analyze competing functional requirements to make good decisions

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment

  • Strong aptitude for problem solving, analytics, process improvement, organizational agility and data reduction

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; high emphasis on Excel

  • Experience with Microsoft Server OS

  • Basic soldering skills

  • Wind tunnel experience desired

  • Environmental chamber experience desired

Strategists frequently work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are routinely employed.
