We are a leading Henderson-based outpatient treatment center specializing in holistic drug and alcohol addiction recovery programs.

Our compassionate and experienced team utilizes proven, evidence-based therapies to guide individuals towards long-term recovery and a better quality of life. Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and compassionate Therapist to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in helping individuals overcome addiction by providing high-quality, client-centered therapeutic services.

Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Care: Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Client-Centered Approach:

Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and regularly evaluate client progress to ensure optimal outcomes. Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director and other members of the treatment team to ensure seamless and integrated care.

Program Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of our therapeutic programs to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Clinical Excellence:

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensure compliance with all regulations, and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications: Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. Licensed as a mental health professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.). Experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues preferred.

Strong clinical expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Make a Difference.
