Responsibilities Licensed Therapist Position: Full Time Shift:
Evening Summery of Duties: To provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients to ensure the safety and well being of patients and staff. Create and implement individualized treatment plan for patients in a timely manner.
Treatment plan is consistent with the needs indicated in psycho-social history and appropriate assessments. Facilitate group therapy in a manner that optimizes peer experiences and input. Calvary's proven treatment programs address the practical, physical and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers a 50-bed residential treatment program for drug and alcohol addiction, while also providing a separate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient levels of care. A standalone 18-bed detox facility is also on-site and located in a separate wing to better address the needs of those who require extra care before officially entering the treatment program.

Arizona State Licensure (LPC/LAC/LISAC/LASAC/LMSW/LCSW) Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric or behavioral health inpatient setting.
