A Therapist is needed in Naples, FL.

They have been in business for over 50 years and provide a wide array of healthcare to meet the needs of their community. From Mental Health to Addiction Recovery and everything in between, serving adults, children, and families.

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary Before Bonuses
• Based on Experience and Clinical Licensure Status ($51,000 - $63,000)
• Additional Compensation for 5 -10 + years of Experience
• $1500 - $2000 Sign On Bonus Based on Licensure Status
• Additional $3500 per year if bilingual

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 9AM – 6PM OR 4 10-Hour Days
• 26 Billable Hours a Week is Productivity Requirement
• Those who Exceed Productivity for the Quarter get $50 for each Billable Hour Over Requirement
• No assigned On-Call
• 1:1 Psychotherapy and Treatment Planning Services with Children and Their Families.
• Can Run Groups if Desired.
• The expectation is to schedule yourself planning on about 3 cancelations a day. Staff average 2-4 cancelations per day.

Requirements

• Master's Degree In Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Or Related Field
• Clear and Active Florida Licensure OR License Eligible | scheduled exam within 6 months is Preferred
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) candidates will be considered.
