General Tasks:
TaskUs is looking for independently contracted, licensed mental health professionals to join our amazing team of Wellness and Resiliency counselors. Counselors provide TaskUs staff members with the resiliency skills necessary to accomplish emotional, physical, occupational, and social goals. Candidates must possess a range of personal and professional qualities to motivate clients for optimal wellness.
Job Description:
So, what does a TaskUs Wellness Counselor really do?
Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: helping staff adopt behaviors that contribute to a higher quality of life while supporting the operational components of the organization. Resiliency counselors are an integral part of developing and facilitating TaskUs' commitment to a culture of wellness.
You may develop and implement wellness seminars for staff, teach various components of wellness through individual counseling sessions, facilitate skills-based groups, and other resiliency programming as needed. You will assess the needs of individual staff members or teams and assist them in choosing behaviors that encourage personal wellness. Issues the resiliency counselor may address include; crisis and risk management, the use of resiliency skills, mood disturbances, social support and connection, and increased resiliency within the workplace.

Requirements:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Mental Health, Social Work, or a similar field.
Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) professional practitioner.
Three years of post-licensure experience in counseling including individual, group, and crisis management services.
Contractors must carry their own personal liability insurance
Contractors must utilize their own Electronic or Paper Health Record system maintained outside any TaskUs platform.
Must be able to work: Part-time hours, both pre-scheduled and PRN
This position will serve the [insert site here] TaskUs location but may involve some remote work when applicable and as determined by TaskUs leadership.
