Job Description Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling services to individuals with substance abuse disorders

• Provide Individual and group therapy services for clients in Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Setting

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions

• Prepare and Implement treatment plans for patients and Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Complete Biopsychosocial evaluations

• Participate in regular Treatment Team Meetings

• Ensure the company adheres to state and federal licensure and regulations

• Maintain client records Qualifications: - Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field

• State licensure or certification as a clinician (LPCC, LCSW, LCADC, LPCA, CSW) - Experience working with individuals with Substance Abuse Disorder

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
