ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Sonoma Outpatient Program is responsible for the ongoing provision of culturally responsive mental health services to approximately 120 youth ages 0-21 years old and their families each year. The program aims to support youth in families in stabilizing mental health symptoms that may be hindering the youth's ability to function at home, in the community or at school. Services are individualized, trauma informed and include individual therapy, family therapy, case management and/or behavioral skills coaching. The average caseload for Outpatient Clinicians is approximately 15 youth at any given time and are provided in locations that are most conducive to clinical progress.
