Job Description Job Description Job Description: First Alliance Healthcare of Ohio is seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. You will work collaboratively with clients to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues and develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for individuals, families, and groups. Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and interventions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate care.

Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent licensure in the state of Ohio.

Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations and age groups. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
