Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social or Behavioral Science (required)

Professional licensure required (ALC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, or LMFT) or eligibility to obtain within 90 days of hire

Minimum 2 years of experience in addiction treatment

Experience working with special populations (Adults or Adolescents)

CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication and record-keeping skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive Psychosocial Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on addiction recovery

Facilitate specialty groups and educational sessions on addiction treatment

Document patient progress and coordinate care effectively

Integrate 12-Step Programs and Principles into treatment plans

Work collaboratively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
