Job Description Job Description We are seeking Residential Clinicians to join our awarded non-profit faith based organization This position will specifically be working with children and adolescents. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm or 9am-6pm (may be open to part-time opportunities) Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging intake assessments Dive into individual, family, and multi-systems therapy sessions. Keep things organized with timely progress notes and client files. Join biweekly one-on-one supervision sessions for growth and support.

Bring your insights to our lively group meetings, discussing cases and clinical topics. Stay proactive by assessing client needs and making appropriate referrals. Craft treatment plans and other documents to keep things running smoothly.

Coordinate client transfers/discharge with a sprinkle of compassion and care. Ensure top-notch treatment quality and communicate effectively with our team. Qualifications: Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

LMSW, LLMSW, LLPC, LPC, LMFT or other licensure. Experience in counseling preferred.
