What You Can Expect From Our Team

Passion for our role: We are growing rapidly because we love what we do, the people we work with and the communities we serve! To work with our team, you'll also need to feel energized by your work and take pride in your contributions.

Guidance & empowerment: To start, you'll be training with our small team and we are always available to guide you and troubleshoot with you, but we do expect initiative and problem solving skills on your side. Ideally, we'd love to learn from you too!

Flexibility in hours: We believe in cultivating a life-work design where you can thrive. We'll work with you to design the hours and days that would work best for you while still meeting the needs of our team and clients. There's an ebb and flow of work, with some weeks (not too often) requiring increased hours as well as weeks of having a lighter load.

Flexibility in location: With most of our team on the West Coast, we would prefer to work with a team member that is comfortable aligning to Pacific Standard Time. We would also welcome candidates in our new and growing states of Texas, Nevada, and New Mexico. A strong and reliable internet connection is also a must for this position.

Culture of positivity: We want to flip the script that long hours and pressure is what drives productivity. We believe that working smart, working with kindness, and working together will lead to the best results.
