Schedules patient appointments using EPIC and SafeTrace scheduling systems. Performs clerical duties to facilitate operation of therapeutic apheresis area.
Interacts positively with patient's families, outpatient staff and other departments. Demonstrates a caring and professional manner at all times.
Follows established City of Hope and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, includingadherence to theworkplace
Code of Conduct and Compliance Plan. Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.
High school or equivalent.
Experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
Two years related office clerical experience, preferably in a medical environment.
Familiar with Personal Computers.
Basic knowledge of how computer systems store/relate data in fields General data entry abilities.
Function with minimal supervision.
